CARAVAN SITE; The price of a pitch is based on two guests, fully serviced, hardstanding area with room for an awning (no additional cost). We do not allow tents. There will be additional costs for extra guests (including children) or pets. Adequate space for caravan/motorhome an awning and an additional car. If further vehicles are required there will be a charge e.g. A motor home two cars and an awning (you will need to pay for the second car)

Prices change from peak and off peak times.

This is all available in the breakdown of your booking before you confirm. Deposits are non-refundable but transferable once within that year. Please be aware that we require a 72 hour notice if you wish to cancel, otherwise your balance will not be refunded. if you create a booking 72 hours prior to your arrival, then wish to cancel your balance cannot be refunded. Deposit will need to be paid once you've made your booking to retain your pitch, the booking will be cancelled if the deposit has not been paid. should you require assistance with payments they can be taken over our phone or managed through the guest login.

Balance has to be paid 72hrs before arrival.

Bank holidays have a minimum stay of 3 nights. Check-in time is anytime after midday and check-out time is at 11am.

SELF CATERING; Information on the individual properties can be found on the 'SELF CATERING' page. We currently are only able to take direct bookings for the following properties, The Dairy, The Granary, and the Static. Links to the other properties can be found on the Self Catering page.
